Tata Sky — unable to access TATA sky since 10 Days

Hello My Name is Rishabh and my tata sky subscriber I.D is [protected]. I m unable to access T.V since 10days and it is now frustrating. Every Day i call on Tata sky toll free number twice a day but no i is resolving the problem. Every time they assure me that they will send a technician to visit but no one showed up and still problem persisted.Inspite of calling them so many times they never provided any resolution and every day close my complaint as resolved..Kindly plz look in to this matter.. Problem since 2nd April till date..
