I'm Tata Sky since last 7 years but this very pathetic kind of service I am getting now a days. Past 5 days I am unable to view any channel and receiving the same message i.e. No Signal. I have also filed the complaint regarding same and after 4 days some one has took the pain to attend it but after visiting his reply was another shock for me because according to him now my Set top box is not working properly and it needs to be changed. Now again my wait for another engineer starts. Only God know how much time more I need to wait again.
I wondered that the company claiming highest market share is rendering such a poor services to its customer.
Kindly confirm whether you are able to resolve my problem or not. 9th April 2015 is the last and final date, beyond which I will not be able to continue with TataSky anymore.
