[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to change to south prime pack | |||
I have recently joined in tata sky and before taking that i called to customer care and they said that, am eligible for that pack, but now when i called to change the pack, they are saying its not applicable, which is not expected from a big brand like tata sky, and i have been continuously following up, they said that, my number is not reachable give me alternate number, its so ridiculous and never expected.
