[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to receive services | |||||
Hi, please note that tata sky has not been providing proper services to the customers. After installation for 2 tv's which was done around 3 years back today they are askig me to pay additional for wrongly done connection and installation for the second tv. I just want to ask one thing to the tata sky owners why was the installation done incorrectly and now without any problems and being too casual about this issue the technicians are askig for charges for the second tv reinstallation. I am paying you regularly for the viewing of both the tv services. Its your duty to make sure that things are working fine after installation. When we call customer care services they inform us that if there are any physical damages on the location we will have to pay and without any concern we say yes. Then today why providing your proper services has become an issue. Till today i was ok with your servicea but today its too bad to announce on such platform that i have asked for a disconnection of your services. Infact i will be happy to get someone else put up my connection rather than being asked for charges to keep the services on. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jul 18, 2017 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we do charge service visit if the set top box is not under warranty. Please share your RMN/Subscriber ID, we will call you regarding the same.

Im being charged of the extra wire required to make my second connection to work.Paying the charge is not an issue, the issue is this extra wire is due to the truobleshooting carried out by the technician attended the set top box and for your information i have been using this service since the last 3 years now.The question is why after these many years i have to pay for the installation of the complete system.This wire not being installed during the installation was not my fault.For me paying mere 12 rs per meter is not a problem, the problem is the principles and your company's commitment.
