Tata Sky — Unable to register my email id with my tatasky - reg

Sir,

My tatasky subscriber id as displayed on my tv monitor is [protected], but i am getting messages regarding multiple ids on my registered mobile.
I am unable to register my email id due to this conflict. Earlier on helpline the problem has been briefed during last recharge, but they informed it will be sorted out but so far no action been taken.
Pl solve the conflict, my subscriber id as displayed on my tv monitor is [protected].
