I have been facing issues in watching the television and regional channel i.e Marathi channel from past one month, as I saw the Ad on television regarding the update they are going through, has asked by them I raised a complaint in March 2015, work order number NS[protected] I had received message that installer visit for work order is scheduled beween 22/04/2015 07:10 &07:50. I was waited for the tech from their side come down and fix the issue, but till today i.e up to 11.05.2015 no one has turned up from their side . I
called the customer care number again and since they had a long wait on line, I
requested for a call back . When i tried to contact Tata sky customer care for a complain, simply i lost my mobile balance but can't talk to any person. Every time the estimated time increase instead of decrease. Simply they taking our money in gently manner. Whenever I am trying ur customer care number it was keep coming busy and my recharge amount also going for a toss.
I am not able to see all regional channel from last one month. I contacted Tata Sky customer care 9-10 times. On every call I found waiting time of 15-20 minutes which is quite frustrating. Every time when call got connected after 20 mins of waiting, either the voice is not clear or customer care is not getting my voice. It happened almost 7-8 times. When I put call back request, the call centre person never call me till today During conversation again same voice listing problem happened and call got disconnected.
Can I go to consumer court for the same because recharge is regularly paid by me. Was this information helpful? |
