Tata Sky — Unable to solve singnal issue

Its worst worst worst worst worst service ever...I reached to tata sky customer care helpline almost 4 times in a 2 week.They giving me answer like you will received call from technician within a 2 hrs. i dont know when 2 hrs will come.
When i called first time in customer care service they send the technician, he was changed the signal receiver but problem still remain same.
Then second time i again registered my complaint on tata sky that time my complaint posted on hold and cancelled without any intimation.
Third time giving me answer like technician will called you within a 2 hrs...but i am not receiving any call from technician.
and same answer they giving me.
Its worst worst worst worst worst worst service...

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and rectify the signal issue you are facing asap.
