[Resolved]  Tata Sky — unable to update package

I'm unable to update my tata sky package through the app and the website. Keep getting an error message saying, "your request could not be processed. You have already ordered the selected package". Having tried getting in touch with tata sky through chat and phone calls. They asked me to wait. But it's been over two days now and package is not changed. Still getting the same error message while trying to change package. Please help!
