Tata Sky — Unable to view 90 percent of the channels

Dear Sir, My subscriber ID is - [protected]. I'm unable to view 90 percent of the channels. I enquired and complained about this on 2nd of April. I was told that the technician will visit my place to fix this issue. But no one has turned up yet. Today is the 6th day since I’ve been facing this issue. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
