Tata Sky — Unable to view all the channels and no action is being taken on the complaint | |||||
My subscriber ID is [protected] and my contact number is [protected]. I am unable to view all the channels in tata sky due to No signal shown on the TV, for which, I made a complaint on 7th December, and since then, there is no follow up till date in spite of calling and mailing again and again on tata sky help desk. So hereby, we humbly request you to please take action on the above and get our problem solved. Yesterday (11.12.2015) i made a complaint on grahak seva so i atleast got a call from tata sky saying that they will resolve the issue within today by sending a technical person but no one has turned up till now. Kindly help us in getting the issue resolved as they are taking customers for granted and we are being fooled by tatasky. kindly, ask them to refund money for the same.
