[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to view channel set and sony sab

I am very unsatisfied with the services of tata sky without any information and intimation suddenly the 2 above channels i m unable to view and because of that i didn't see my favorite program kbc 1 crore episode and more so ever the company call centre and consumer no is unable to response and even nodal officer no is also not responding at all. I feel very cheated because i paid advance payment and i cant see these 2 above stated channels.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, Tata Sky is committed and working in the interest of our subscribers. If you are already subscribed to SET, just add the channel at no extra cost by giving a missed call on [protected] from your RMN. If you are already subscribed to Sony SAB, just add the channel at no extra cost by giving a missed call on [protected] from your RMN.
