I am placed in indore (Madhya pradesh) i have a tata sky connection bearing id no [protected]. Since almost one year i am facing problem to view tv, every month the connection is disturbed due to which i could not view tv. Almost every month or alternate month i call the customer care that too with great difficulty after calling a number of times only i get connected, after making complaint the technician comes to our place after 1 or 2 days, between this 3 - 4 days we could not watch tv programmes and mainly news. Now when the technician comes for every visit i have to shed 150/- to 200/- rupees and some times 300/- to 500/- also extra for spares which they say is faulty. This has really become a menace, now i may plan to change the service provider, if this problem is not addressed immediately. And i may also send this message through whatsapp, facebook and other media regarding the substandard service provided by tata sky a reputed firm.
