[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to view channels even after recharging

Dear Customer Service, I hv recharged my a/c today morning, but till now I hvn't bn able to get the channels My complaint no: 18J2AAJ8 is unresolved, yet you hv sent me an sms saying it has been resolved?? Is this a joke? I had to again go thru a long online chat with your exec, and was give a new complnt no: 18JGR7TR. I have already recharged my a/c today with Rs 6000 for viewing my chosen channels- English Dhamaal & English Entertainment. Yet the whole I tried, but was unable to view any channel. I made series of call, had a series of online chat, called their helpline nos, did all they asked me to do- like removing the Digicard and re-inserting it, re-starting the set top box. but to no avail.
