Tata Sky — Unable to view channels since the System upgrade done at tata sky. | |||
Not able to view the channels on Tatasky for last 1 month since the tata sky upgrade. Repeated calls to the the customer help line has only been responded with a recorded message saying " The outage will be taken care of and all customer care representatives are busy resolving their issues". This was followed by SMS saying that the complaint is in Queue and will be resolved soon. THey also sent sms saying " They regret for the incovenience and as a token are adding 3 days extra to my package". After a month..yesterday...ie 27th april, i got a call from a technical support representative from tata sky and he agreed to come to fix the issue on 28th April at 6pm. When i called him at 4 to confirm..he said that he is on leave today and someone else will come based on the workorder. I asked whether he had not created workorder for me based on his commitment, he replied .." He did not remember if he did"!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
