Tata Sky — Unable to view DTH Channels - no response from tata sky

Hello, We are facing problem with out tata sky DTH connection for the last 23 days. Very few channels are working. We are unable to reach them on their toll free & we don't call back as well when you choose the call back option. There is no information as to why channels are unable to view. All complaints registered below are closed without resolution. Can someone please take action for the inconvenience PLUS not sure where the charged money has gone.
