[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to view hd channels - [protected] | |||
I am tata sky customer from past 10 years. Regd no is [protected]. From past two months am unable to view any of hd channels. I have been paying the full subscription amount regularly. On contacting the help line number one mr. Anthony attended my case. On demanding viewing of hd channels he mentioned that there is a tussle between sony and tata sky. Therefore they are unable to give any service commitment. I requested refund or extension of my subscription paid as am unable to view any hd channels. Mr. Anthony is now avoiding my calls and no resolution is being accorded. Am loosing confidence with such a entertainment company of high repute. Pls help... Was this information helpful? | |||

Some channel is no signal
After a long time we are recharging our Tatasky DTH recharge . But subscribe id not found on screen.
