Tata Sky — Unable to view HD Channels and Regional Chanels

Dear TATA SKY, I have a TATA SKY connection since last 4 years and my TAT SKY id number is [protected]. Since last 2 days we are not able to view all the HD Channels and the Regional Channels. Last week their was some problem with the connectivity &; again this week their is problem with channel viewing. All this is spoiling TATA's image and the brand name. Anymore delay and people may start disconnecting TATA SKY and will take some other companies connnection. Its high time to act fast, analyse and resolve the customer issues on priority.
