Tata Sky — Unable to view many channels since last 1 month

My subscriber ID is [protected]. I am not able to view many channels since last one month. The first complaints related to this was register on 14th march 2015. From today I am not able to view any channels, hence called the tata sky Customer care but to my surprise I found that the behaviour of the CCE very unfriendly. I think tata sky is charging for nothing.
