Hi this in regards to the complaint i have registered with cust care team and nodal officer about not able to view tata sky services for last 5 days and unfortunately no1 has able to help me and have juz ended up giving false assurances, do know who is responsible to take care of this issue, but is services not resumed by tom, i am ok goin for disconnection, have attached all the text messages revived from tata sky about a technical staff visit appointments and unfortunately no1 had turned up in last 4 days Was this information helpful? | |||||

My house shifted Hyderabad to Pune.tata sky connection providers not respond to me.every time call Coustomer care every person not sufficient information but also other new connection information only. I have suffering this issue 15 day.very very bad service providers of tata sky

Hi Anand, I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and assist you with relocation.
