[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to view services for more than a month now

Complaint against Subscriber ID: [protected] has now reached more than a month, what does tatasky has to say about it. Within this 1 month there was approx 15 calls, emails, chats, but looks like Tatasky does not even care about their existing subscribers, as they never fixed the issue nither they care to fix it even after more than 1 month now. and all this time I can't see their services but they charged me for the same.

Updated by patd can't you read, the issue is still not fixed, the signal issue is still there, the engineer came to visit told me that the LMB can't send the signal to 2 boxes so it needs separate antenna, please arrange it.
