Tata Sky — Unable to view Tata Sky services from more than 20 days

I am unable to view Tata sky service from over 20 days now and when ever I try to contact the customer care to get this issue resolved, I am getting very bad response. I have called customer care more than 10 times over the last 20 days and every time I receive the message that they have congession at the care centre and would give me a call back. Indeed I have received a call back 2 times and was informed that some technician would contact me in 3-4 hours. And based on my experience 3-4 hours means at least 3-4 days or more. I have created SR[protected], SR[protected] from the website and the requests are magically closed in 24 hours without resolving the incident. I am vexed with the services and I have asked that I need to talk to the supervisor of the customer care executive yesterday and was informed that I would receive a call back from the supervisor guy. That did not happen yet. I have some question for the Sky guys- Why are the services so bad? Why do you call yourself the best in business? If you cannot call back in 3-4 hours, why are you informing the consumers the time? Do you think that you can take customers for granted? Give us proper timings and reasons for the delay and who would pay for the services I have not watched for the last 20 days and I get the yellow alert magically on the screen and I try to go to the menu, I get beautiful blue black screen which tells me that the Set top box is not receiving signal. Why did you upgrade the satellite if your set top boxes/their settings are not compatible? Wasn't a trial run done with the changes?
