Tata Sky — Unable to watch subscribed channels | |||
I am unable to watch any of the English news channel for past several days. Any attempt to contact customer care fails due to "congestion". My emails remain unanswered. Contemplating cancelling my Tatasky connection of 7 years in next week. Your call-centre assures about visit by engineer/mechanic in reply to my SMS "NS" but nothing happens. Was planning to upgrade to HD+, but Tatasky does not deserve this. Was this information helpful? | |||
