Tata Sky — unacceptable behaviour regarding issues | |||
we have recently shifted to another building and logged a request for shifting tatasky on 9th of april but to our surprise no body visited to our place when we tried to call at customer care the call was kept on hold for 40-45 mins everytime. Then after 4-6 days we got a call from one tatasky service centre they started giving us fake promises that today technician will come, tmrw he will surely visit.Doing all this already 10-15 days have passed and our request is still pending.we are really disappointed with their pathetic service and with such a irresponsible behaviour. Really need help to sought this issue.They really need lesson to learn so that other consumers should not face this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
