Tata Sky — Unauthorised activation and credit - Repeated Deceiving to the consumer

Dear Mr. Help Desk, My Subscriber ID is [protected]. I received call from [protected] at 14:02 hours on 13th September 2015 in registered mobile number [protected]. Despite my repeated refusal your customer care officer activated package which is not required at all to me. Your officer also resettles my account and changes the recharge date by his own. I received message regarding activation in my registered number. Please check the matter and deactivate and resettle my account as it is total malpractice and deceive to the consumers. May I also request to take appropriate and strict action against such officer who does not care, listen and take note of the customers and act by their own will contrary to the request of the customers. Expecting quick action Sajjad
