I Am an Existing user of TATA SKY With USer ID No Subscriber ID: [protected]
2 Days Back I Called up Customer Care and asked that among my 3 Connections 1 ( One) is having some problem .
Technician came and checked and told that the connection is ok but may be one of the TV Set is having Problem so I CAlled the TV Technician and he checked that TV is working fine but problem is in the TATASKY .
TATA Sky Technician again was called the 2nd day and he told that Your Setup box is old and out of warranty so that is having the problem . I Told him to check and rectify . Since the connection is at my home and I was at office - He simply Brought the New Setup box and took the existing one which is in Working condition and very much OK .
EVEN After changing the setup box- it was not working .
So I Called my Building electrician and he told the TATASKY Executive that there may be some problem in the DISH Anteena Placed on the rrof . Then the TATA SKY Technician was told to change small plug socket of the dish antina and the same worked.
Without Problem unnecessarily he changed the Setup box. When I Told to Take it back Your executive and Customercare simply says Sorry They wont take the new box back and you have to use this only .
. Why should i Pay for the same when the OLD set is verywell working .
Simply the amount was deducted from the ID
Today also I Had called customer care for refund - And Put my Old setup box in Place - THEY SAY SORRY and disconnected .
