There is no any request from us for KARAOKE channel. Then why are you debited Rs. 46.76 every month from the month of December 2016. from our our credit balance. This was not informed to the customer and we were not aware of such unwanted addition. Request you to remove the unnecessary pack and credit the amount from the begining to our account.
