[Resolved] Tata Sky — unauthorised deduction from my dth connection [protected]-regarding | |||
On 4.1.2018 someone from tata sky told me that 701 channel is free for 5 days and later it will be charged. I told him that i am not interested in paid channel. He told me that he is activating this channel free for 5 days and if i like it i may subscribe further. To my surprise i got sms that out of my monthly charge which was valid till 31.1.2018 amount for smart manager channel deducted and i was informed that now i have to get recharge my account on 17.1.2018. Please stop activating smart paid channel and refund the amount in my account of dth [protected] immediately and inform me. I cannot pay rs.10 daily for smart manager channel.
