[Resolved] Tata Sky — unauthorized deduction | |||
I have not been receiving signals on and off. Complained to help desk. Tried telephonically to solve the problem. As the problem was not inside my flat they have decided to send technician. Technician said he has tighten the connector and it should work. If not call him again. Still not working. In the meantime tatasky charged me rs.400/00. I objected. Reaching the signal to the set up box is the responsibility of the service provider. Nodal team sent me a mail saying these charges are for relocation (Which never happened). I have all the proof to prove it is cheating. How can you help me to solve this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very poor service by Tata sky DTH service, almost whole day taken for installation but still not getting their service from technician.
Customer care executive were repeating their sentences same to same. At the end of the day explained that our complaint has not yet taken. Very irresponsible services.
