Tata Sky — Undue increase in Pack

Sir, I am to say that, Initially I purchase Tata sky with a Monthly subscription Rs.500/- (One HD and Other Non HD). But, later on the Monthly fees increased to Rs.600/- . Now, I have received a message regarding HD access from Rs.100-125/- and revised Tata Sky A/C from Rs.280/- to Rs.320/- from 23.4.2014. All the above changes in fees are without my acknowledgement or Instructions from my RMN. Therefore you are requested to clarify on the above at an earliest.
