[Resolved] Tata Sky — unethical behaviour and incompetence and casual approach | |||
People who came to install the set up box were unknowledgeable and tip cautious,, they never came in time,, the person in quetion who was to come at 11.30 am,, comes at 1.30 and appeared to be in so much hurry that finally handholding of the product was not done,,,, he demanded rs150/ for some wire he said he needs to fix,, i asked give me the receipt he said they cannot give receipt?? When i wanted to speak to his boss.. There was no reply from his boss,, who also appeared incompetent?? I went into chat session with tatasky,, but mnay many software issues,, like despite feeding corect reg number and mobile number sysytem says invalid,, i am a qualified infotech chap retired and flet very frustrating,, regards & thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
