[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unethical behaviour | |
A month ago, and agent come from Indore with a scheme of TataSky which says that we will get three months free subscription. After almost 5 days, I sent him the details of my connection (such as Subscriber ID) and he said he will proceed the process for it. And after a month now, its still in progress. And the agent is not even picking up the call not replying for any messages. He is totally ignoring his customer services. His name is Rahi. He has given his services in my area at various places and all are having same issues.
