Tata Sky — Unethical behaviour/scam | |||||
Hi, My name is Haseeb Ahmad. I have a tata sky connection since three years Subscriber ID [protected] . I do recharge it for whole year every time. This year when my subscription ended; i was thinking of switching to other company as Tata sky is not bothered about its services. Anyway in about a week I got a call from one its customer care executive informing me that my subscription has ended and need to recharge on this i bluntly said; I am not going to recharge it, as other service provider's are better than yours. She said she has a offer for that day only if I’m going to recharge in 1 hour. I recorded all her conversation and the list of channels which will be offered for whole year. She said in particular that total 210 channels plus 39 HD channels will be offered, if i recharge it with 2600 for whole year. I readily accepted and recharged it only to my dismay; it was recharged for 6 months with no HD package. I feel, I have been cheated and the tall claims of service been offered by Tata sky are purely bogus and fraudulent I’m in a process of filing a suit in the court of law for my mental harassment and also publish in leading newspapers so that the situation in which i have gone will not be borne by anybody else in my city.
