Tata Sky — Unethical Business

Never ever seen such a fradualent company in my lifetime.

1.Claimed set top box is not working so need to pay for new box(agreed and paid)
2.Brand New set top box will fail again. Need to test brand new set top box (agreed for testing)
3.Can't resolve the issue reported and claimed my TV is creating issue with your pathetic set top box (what A creativity for your incompetentcy),
4.You guys Committed to refund the amount paid for your stupid useless non working equipment (brand new standard box) and credited to Tatasky my account
When I said I can't view the service because of your wonderful piece of equipment and cancelled the service. And provided the requested cancelled cheque
5.Now you claim i won't get the refund amount because i cancelled the service (again took back the 350rs amount credited). When set top box not working and I can't view the service why the hell amount should be in tatasky my account? No answer for that

Never ever seen such a fradualent and unethical company recently.

Been with tatasky for 12+ years and now I regret my decision. And happy I changed my service operator.

Will never use or recommend TATASKY products and services to any of my family and friends. I will assume the amount I paid to Tatasky that I paid to a beggar.

With these kind o[censored]nethical practices and incompetent service I can clearly see the future of TATASKY.

Please don't think customers are fool so you guys can continue with your unethical business practices
