[Resolved] Tata Sky — unethical charges debited complaint no 1892jxp9 | |||
Tatasky had replaced the wire in july and their technician confirmed in sept when we again put a complain that the wire is melting and needs replacement. Called the call centre to register the complain and the technician also spoke to the representative and the complain taken with the assurance that the wife will be replaced with no charges, however we have once again been charged with the wire charges. Again filed a complain for the wrong charges (Complain no mentioned) but was told that nothing can be done and that the charges will be debited. Not ready to pay. Was this information helpful? | |||
