By mistake happened to do an additional top up therefore, within seconds called up tata sky customer care to report this error made on my behalf.
They said they would get back, it has been a week since!
Today when they did, it was not possible to get my refund. so much for a human error? easy at accepting the money but such hassles at returning?
This has not only caused me monetary irritability but also added to stress and high discomfort. I am hereby, convinced to discontinue my tata sky and I least expect to not get any further calls to reinstal it because please let's not add to my discomfort.
It was good having tata sky for all our televisions but because of a rather uneasy customer service, the disappointment has left us only with this option.
