Tata Sky — Unjust demand for payment | |||
COMPLAINT ID 1119463 (but no action so far) Dear Sir / Madam Subscriber ID [protected] On[protected], I paid one year's subscription of Rs.2550 through on-line system of my bank SBI but still an UNJUST (because the due date is[protected], I received REMINDERS through sms(s)& emails - "Your Tata Sky payment of Rs.289 is due on Friday, 07TH Aug. Please recharge to avoid deactivation of your services." I have also gathered that the deduction from my deposit of Rs. 2550 has been done on daily basis with inclusion pf Rs 50 pm for ACTIVE ENGLISH package which was not asked for at all (I am a learned Ex-PGT& my husband is an Ex-Scientist and there no kids in my house - why should we need such a package). I request to look into the matter and strict instructions should be issued to adhere to only justified demand and not charge in an arbitrary manner. Thanks so much for the anticipated prompt action.
