[Resolved] Tata Sky — unjust service charges | |||
I have Tata Sky dish installed from past 2 years.suddenly it stop receiving signals.so I raised service request.1st technician arrived and said the dish need to relocate to get the signal and solve the no connection issue.so he asked me to raise another request.the visit charged me 150 INR. I raised another request. I was informed that no charges will be deducted for 2 ND visit. But next day INR 300 get deducted for relocation.of which no information was provided by Tata Sky. The basic issue was suddenly lost of signal and I needed solution on it. I asked Tata sky representative about it but the replied that they don't have idea about it. My question is, why should I pay for Tata Sky's sudden inability to provide service? The dish was getting signal at original place so change of location of it was option opt by Tata sky, not me. I requested the refund of INR 300 but it is declined rudely. The system of prepaid gives Tata Sky an option to deduct the charges at will, which should be stopped. Further more no work order sign off or Invoice is provided for the service and at the time of servicing. Was this information helpful? | |||
