Tata Sky — Unjustified delay in re-installation- Untrained technician

My Tata Sky Card no. is[protected]. It has been 2 weeks since on my request they had sent a technician to resintall & reactivate my Tata Sky at my new location in Bangalore where I have shifted recently. The person came with a new dish to be installed as my dish had got rusted. He had also brought some extra cables. He seemed to be an untrained technician and failed to install the dish and just left the cables dangling from the roof top promising to come for installation the next day. He tried checking the set top box with another over- head Tata Sky dish but failed. The dish is still lying uninstalled and unattended at the roof top. I tried multiple no. of times to call him up and remind him to come for installation but my phone calls remained unattended. I also left a message of "not being satisfied" in response to the automated question from Tata Sky which came on my mobile phone post this incident to which I received a sms reply from Tata Sky that the concerns will be shortly looked into. After 2 weeks of no response, I finally have decided not to pursue and reinstall Tata Sky.
Today ie on 5th July'15, I called up the customer care of Tata Sky to inform and ask them to immediately take the dish and cables that have been left unattended and uninstalled but after hearing me out, they said that if they send somebody now it will be chargeable. It is ridiculous to say the least. First service has been shoddy, incomplete and not provided to the customer's satisfaction and then to ask for service charges for collecting the dish and cables which have been just left at my roof top unattended and uninstalled and is Tata Sky's assets is laughable. The dish and cables are not my property/assets but belongs to you and hence I felt it is my moral obligation to once again remind you to collect the same from my premises. I will not be responsible for any loss of the dish and cables herafter for failure on your part to install it on time and then for not collecting it back even after 2 weeks of this incident. I am already unnecessary inconvenienced by this unjustified delay.
