[Resolved]  Tata Sky — unnecessary charges for installation

I recently shifted from one place to other, i gave request to tata sky and they say its free as you are a premium customer and pay the whole amount on yearly basis instead of monthly, and they took complaint and just gave call and spoken very rudely and said we are charging it and this to inform. They agreed mistake and refunded for un-installation
