Tata Sky — Unnecessary charges with out agreement of consumer

Our TV signal was stopping we complained and their was a charge for the visit and change of parts. It got deducted with out informing us. We only get SMS. After about 15 days the same problem started the signal was again stooping. I complained and said I will not pay any charge this time. I requested not to send the person as they will fix the unnecessary charges on me. The representative said the engineers will help. She booked the complained and the Engineer talked with me next day the same thing was informed to him. He came in my absence in afternoon when I was in office and after that the charges came in my SMS . Problem is still the same as he did nothing except pulling the wires here or there as informed to me. On customer complained I was told that I will get a call back but nobody called but I got SMS one that account is deactivated as the charge is deducted with out informing me now. My child and family could not see the TV and news today. and evening I got mail that the charges deducted was correct. I do not agree to this as the charges were not agreed with me and I categorically denied paying any charge and it must be in telephonic record with TATASKY.. This is an harassment to the consumer. We are paying money in advance to see the TV any repair charges should be separate account or yearly agreement or settled separately. Once we are paying for viewing the TV all the repair services should be availed by the company. Please reolve this and get my money returned.
