[Resolved] Tata Sky — unnecessary deduction | |||||
Subscriber id [protected]. Balance got deducted rs 600 for multi tv relocation new kit, neither i requested for relocation nor any new kit provided by tatasky I've done the hole process by myself with existing kit. So called customer service 3 times. They said it would take 3 days to verify or something. Now i can't watch tv due to negative balance. This is absolutely not acceptable. I was out of station for 3months and now i've recharged DTH but it displays pairing error on screen my subscriber id is:[protected]
