[Resolved]  Tata Sky — unnecessary deduction

Balance got deducted rs 600 for multi tv relocation new kit, neither i requested for relocation nor any new kit provided by tatasky

I've done the hole process by myself with existing kit.

So called customer service 3 times.

They said it would take 3 days to verify or something.

Now i can't watch tv due to negative balance.

This is absolutely not acceptable.

Yes complain is solved .

After 6-7 days tatasky customer care told me that if you accept 520 rupees instead of 600 than its possible right now, i accepted i didn't had choice.

So this kind of negotiations they are doing.

Also they imposed penalty to some of their technician so the technician called and asked what did you told them ..

For that reason I switched from tatasky to Airtel.
