Tata Sky — Unnecessary deduction of amount from the account | |||
HI, I'm using Tatasky DTH, This is regarding the deduction of 170/-Rs from my account as Visit fee. But I haven’t had any technician visiting home. I called to the Customer support team to activate my free regional Telugu pack which is suddenly deactivated from my base pack. I don’t understand why this would involve a technician visit which is unnecessary. After this yesterday I called again to the CS team to raise a complaint about this amount deduction, they said within 24 hrs it will resolve, but till now there is no action. Morning again I spoke to the Customer support team person (ANJANI), she is very rude and showing her frustration on me while asking for the update on my complaint. I'm not at all happy with the CS team. Kindly take necessary action on my complaint and refund my deducted amount of 170 /-Rs. Regards Shekar Was this information helpful? | |||
