Tata Sky — Unnecessary delay in services/wrong information provided | |||
Hi, I am raising request for last 4 days for replacing setup box and everytime i am being told it will b done same day.when i ask for the status at end of the day, its being cancelled with "PERSONAL REASON" as description mentioned.Request id is Hzmbyov. customer executives are giving vague information and speaking rudely instead of getting it resolved. Above all, customer do not get any notification for call logged or cancelled.But if you delay in recharging tata sky by few days you will get atleast four calls a day. Poor services.tata sky is fine till the time you dont need to uninstall/reinstall it or need any other service.They will check your patience.
