Tata Sky — Unnecessary packages applied

Last time I did the recharge for one year. Now after recharging again HD pack is unnecessary applied on my pack. I tried 20 times to remove it and it says that I have to talk to customer care representative for that. I almost called 50 times and note able to reach to Customer care representative. This is very irritating. Consumer No - [protected]
