[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unprofessional attitude against repairing/servicing of tata sky DTH service

With reference id [protected], i lodged complain on 21st may 2020 against repairing of tata sky services as my set top box was not working properly. But till date i yet to receive any service engineer call from tata sky service center. In the mean time i lodged complain again and again to customer care center of tata sky. They assured me to send service engineer as earliest as possible. But they failed to contact any service center at kolkata. The relactant attitude of service center really hampered the reputation of tata sky. Plz take proper action to solve my issue as soon as possible.
Otherwise I would like to quit from tata sky services.

Updated by pradi39 Most horrible company against serving to customer. They have no infrastructure to attend the customer service. Most of the their customer care center provide the wrong information. Just non-sence...
