I had requested for toys by zeetos points given by tata sky active services but i didn't got the toy for more than 2 months. after that i got the wrong toy delivered. name written on the top of parcel was correct i. e. remote controlled car but the product was a magical kit. so i returned the product immediately to the courier boy. my consumer details are:

Month of request for toy-april (id-rp[protected] & may (id-rp[protected]. i got the wrong toy for the april month's request. processing fee was also deducted from my tata sky account. deduction of money, not delivering the product on time & delivering wrong product is like a cheating with the customer. i called tata sky customer care many a time but till now i haven't got any proper solution regarding this matter. they do not even send the complaint number also. it's not only the question of the undelivered product but also of faith & reliance between company & customer. so i want the commitment to be fulfilled committed by tata sky and to get the product as soon as possible.
