[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unsatisfied service from Tatasky HD+ | |||||
We are using Tatasky HD+from past two years. We got it replaced last year, as it stopped working, due to which we lost all the recorded contents and we paid for the damage too. Now again three months back same thing happened, we lost the contents and balance was deducted from our account, the set top box was again changed. From that day the quality of HD is not satisfying at all, the screen has a smaller view and there is some confusion regarding the cables. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

Suddenly changed to 378 without informing.
No calls made to me. Intial one month free is also charged by dealer.
Only name sake free.
Every time same thing is being done to fleece customers packages are changed to higher prices ones without informing
