[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unwanted channel fee | |||||
Dear Sir, I (Ranjeet Kumar) customer of Tata sky, my customer Id is [protected]. In 23rd Jan.17 received call from customer care & he advice free offer of English Movie channel(355) for one month from next month it will be chargeable Rs.90/- per month. If required then can continued or can discontinue. In feb 17 my due date was before the previous month due date, after I talk with tata sky customer care executive pl close English movie channel, they assure me channel is to be closed & from next month can recharge as per my plan. This month (March 17 ) again they deduct Rs.90/- for english movie channel & again I talk with Customer care executive, simply his word was sorry, from next month this will not happen.
