Tata Sky — Unwanted service activated by tatasky

Yesterday i received call from tata sky service center & he asked for hd service for month in rd.1/- i told him that my current tv not having facility so don't active said service & i cut the call.
But when i start tv i realised which service i don't want to active said service activated on my account.
