[Resolved] Tata Sky — unwanted software update | |||||
All the channels were working fine until they stopped coming, instead, this message coming on tv saying "software update", and the update is stuck at 0%. The update never starts. The channels don't come. And the tata sky technician who came to repair says that he can temporarily fix the problem, for 2-3 months, but the problem will come again. He says the only permanent solution is to change the cable to "super lnb" cable, which will cost 800 rupees. So essentially, tata sky has created a problem in the form of a software update and expects me to pay my money to this solve this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Since the date of connection I am getting all sports channel like star sports, Ten sports.But your office has deleted sports channel of Ten 2 and Ten 3 without any intimation to us.We are kept in dark the reason of deleting these two channels.
